Flat thermocouple

Our flat thermocouple is very innovative. It has fine thermocouple wires, protected by a flat Kapton envelope.

These thermocouples have been specially developed for the process and repair of composite parts.

Compared to standard thermocouple, its impact on treated surfacess is greatly reduced.Indeed, it is perfect for repairing damaged aircraft surfaces or other sensitive parts.

The TC WELDER is a portable battery welding machine. It has been specially designed to make thermocouple junction welds in the workshop as well as on-site.

This battery has enough power to weld wired up to 0.9 mm in diameter and can perform at least 500 welds at maximum power. It can also operate on the main power.

The TC WELDER has an easily transportable case which is light and robust.
